| In 2005, Daekyo officers visited ACT’s main office to
participate in the seminar on various ACT evaluation

| tools and concluded an agreement for mutual cooperation, paving the
way for Daekyo Inc. to administer the
|
|
ACT in Korea. |

| In August 2006, ACT, Inc. and Daekyo, Inc. jointly convened a
competition where approximately 1,000
|
| students took a practice ACT test. At the awards ceremony,
scholarships worth 25 million won were
|
|
awarded with the presence of ACT’s C.E.O. and members of Daekyo management to
encourage the
|
| recipients. |

| By providing ACT testing in Korea, Daekyo Inc. is helping Korean
students prepare to go abroad for study by
|
|
providing another opportunity to apply for a college entrance
examination.
